Kajima Asia Pacific Holdings (KAP) has two strengths. The first is a Japanese company with solid business foundations that expanded into Asia early on and accumulated a track record in construction and real estate development. The second is Bilateral collaboration with the Kajima Technical Research Institute, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, and the Engineering and Interior Division of Kajima, which is based in Singapore. Going forward, we will continue to challenge ourselves to meet the different needs of Asian markets by leveraging Kajima's collective strengths.
