About National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC)
The National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) is the national agency dedicated to growing a culture of volunteerism and philanthropy. By engaging individuals, organisations, communities, and leaders across the people, private and public sectors, we seek to create a more caring, inclusive, and compassionate society. Together, we envision Singapore as a City of Good, where everyone is able to give their time, talent, treasure, ties and testimony every day and everywhere. Our Values - The N.V.P.C. Way We believe that at the end of the day it is our values that define our organisation and its success. They make us who we are and they manifest in everything that we do. N̲urturing People We work as a team where every individual is seen, heard, and valued, and in ways that will drive our collective growth and impact. V̲alue Creation We create lasting and holistic value by taking ownership, embracing change, and seizing opportunities to collaborate for win-win outcomes. P̲urposeful Impact We are driven by a “want-to” and continuous improvement mindset, striving for excellence in all that we do for our long-term collective success. C̲ourage to Lead We embody a growth mindset – always ready to step in and step up, choosing what’s right over what’s easy, as we pursue our purpose with courage and conviction.
