About Matsuya Foods Singapore
About Matsuya Foods Singapore Matsuya Foods is one of Japan's most iconic and beloved restaurant chains, with a history spanning over 60 years. Founded in 1966 and headquartered in Tokyo, Matsuya operates over 1,300 outlets across Japan, serving millions of customers every day with its signature gyudon and a menu built on the principles of quality, value, and speed. In 2026, Matsuya Foods makes its Singapore debut — and we are looking for passionate, driven individuals to be part of this exciting chapter. Why Join Us By joining Matsuya you will be part of a founding team building something from the ground up. As our first outlet in Singapore, every team member plays a meaningful role in shaping the customer experience, the team culture, and the operational standards that will define the Matsuya brand in this market for years to come. Whether you are starting your career in F&B or are an experienced professional looking for your next challenge, Matsuya Singapore offers a unique opportunity to grow with a brand that has the backing of a globally established parent company, the energy of a startup, and the ambition to expand across Southeast Asia. What We Stand For At Matsuya, we believe that great food should be accessible to everyone. Our menu is built around a simple but uncompromising philosophy — real ingredients, prepared with care, served fast, at a price that makes sense. Every bowl we serve is a reflection of that commitment. We bring this same philosophy to how we work. We value people who take pride in what they do, who show up with a positive attitude, and who understand that in F&B, the details matter. From how a bowl is plated to how a customer is greeted, we believe every touchpoint counts. The Real Taste, Now in Singapore.
