We even apply an Agile mindset to our organisational management! - Work-Life Integration Learning and development does not stop once we step out of the office, which is why our working hours are flexible. It is about the value and impact created, not hours spent at the desk. - Open Communication & Transparency Our promotion process is self-initiated and open, with transparent developer salaries. It encourages ownership of personal growth and full understanding of career progression opportunities. - Titansoft’s DNA to Never Stop Improving We embrace the philosophy of “fail fast, fail cheap, fail often and learn forward”. Learning and growing is an important part of being here, because we believe in “Develop Your People Before Making Your Products”. This is why we have ample company sponsored trainings and actively participates in the community, so we can exchange insights to develop user-focused and experience-driven products.
