Part-Time WFH Accounts & Admin Assistant
We are a boutique agency specialising in design and corporate gifts services, and we are looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts using ABSS MYOB
- Perform bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, month-end and year end closing
- Prepare and submit GST returns
- Prepare year-end accounts for income tax compilation
- Process staff salaries, CPF and supplier payments
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Prepare simple job costing and P&L reports
- Monitor and manage the company's email enquiries
- Carry out other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in ABSS MYOB (mandatory)
- At least 5 years of recent, hands-on experience handling full sets of accounts using ABSS MYOB
- Must be currently working in accounting or have worked in a similar accounting role until recently
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good at multitasking, organised, responsible and attentive to details
- Singaporeans only with relevant qualifications
Working Arrangement
- Part-time: 2 weekdays per week, 9am to 6pm
- Primarily work from home, with 1 day each month required to work from our office, when necessary, for meetings and administrative matters
