- Handle full set of accounts
- Handle day to day AP, AR, GL
- Prepayment & Accrual Schedule
- Balance Sheet Schedule
- Maintain of Recoverable and Contra account
- Preparing General Journal Voucher for necessary monthly adjustment
- Bank Reconciliation
- Handle quarterly GST submission and liaison with Tax Agent for tax purpose
- Prepare & update Project Job Costing (PJC)
- Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing
- Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidaries
Pre-requisities
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
- Ability to learn and adapt
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Good listening and communications skills
- English: spoken and written
