We’re looking to add an Analyst, FP&A (Contract) in Singapore. The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling.
As an Analyst, FP&A (Contract), you will
Cover duties of an existing staff on her maternity leave. This is a full-time contract position for an initial period of at least six (6) months. There may be an opportunity for conversion to a permanent position for a suitable candidate, subject to performance and business requirements.
- Perform financial reporting and analysis for Actual and Forecast data for the group, covering a group of manufacturing sites
- Perform analysis on past and forecast data so as to understand the root cause of major fluctuation and business partner with stakeholders to formulate action plan for improvement
- Perform and analyse 5-year discounted cashflow (DCF) plan to ascertain and analyse the fair value of group and engage auditors for review
- Prepare the monthly management reporting to Corporate and management
- Prepare and review Monthly Business Review Report in powerpoint slides , including relevant analysis, for management discussion
- Drive working capital management of the group, including inventory analysis, AR and AP monitoring.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Group Financial Controller.
Requirements
- At least 5 -10 years of relevant finance reporting and analysis experience, especially in corporate finance namely DCF modelling, and preferably come with manufacturing and business partnering experience
- Related Accounting / Finance Bachelor Degree or similar Qualification
- Possess logical yet innovative mindset, and have persistent attitude to seek continuous improvement
- Good communication skills and effective business partner
- Strong analytical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Hana and Power BI preferred
