Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, technically competent and detail-oriented Asset Securitisation Executive capable of independently managing complex asset securitisation operations, financial analysis and structured financing activities with minimal supervision.
The candidate must possess extensive professional experience and strong theoretical and practical knowledge of commerce, financial instruments, asset-backed securities, securitisation structures and financial risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage end-to-end asset securitisation transactions involving complex financial and commercial structures.
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, asset valuation, cash-flow forecasting and portfolio performance analysis.
- Analyse underlying asset pools, identify financial risks and assess credit exposure.
- Structure, evaluate and monitor asset-backed securities and other structured financial products.
- Prepare complex financial reports, transaction memorandums, investment analysis and supporting documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on financial assets, counterparties and transaction structures.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, legal advisers, auditors and other stakeholders on technical transaction matters.
- Monitor securitised asset performance, repayment schedules, defaults and potential financial irregularities.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Investigate complex financial discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Handle multiple high-priority financial transactions simultaneously while meeting strict reporting deadlines.
- Perform other complex financial and commercial duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics ,Financial Audit or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in asset securitisation, structured finance, investment banking, corporate finance or financial analysis.
- Proven track record of independently managing complex asset securitisation transactions and structured financing arrangements.
- Extensive practical knowledge of asset-backed securities, financial instruments, securitisation structures and financial risk management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling and financial data analysis.
- Ability to interpret complex financial statements, legal agreements and transaction documentation.
- Exceptional numerical accuracy, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Must be capable of handling highly confidential financial information and working under significant time pressure.
- Strong independent decision-making capabilities and the ability to take full responsibility for complex financial transactions.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must demonstrate substantial hands-on experience in specialised financial and securitisation-related operations.
- Must be able to independently handle technically challenging assignments without continuous guidance or supervision.
- Candidates without the required 10 years of relevant professional experience will not be considered.
