Job Responsibilities
- Business Understanding and Core Module R&D
- Deeply participate in core business links including orders, commodities, inventory, procurement, warehousing, sorting, distribution and settlement.
- Responsible for the system design of core business modules, formulation of technical solutions, and implementation of key codes.
- Targeting the characteristics of fresh food business such as high timeliness, non-standard weighing, and out-of-stock loss, we design a robust and easily scalable technical solution to address pain points including order splitting, finite-state machine management, inventory deduction consistency, and exception compensation.
- System Tackling and Performance Optimization
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks, database hotspots, message backlogs and concurrency conflicts during system operation.
- Participated in compiling and refactoring core code, and continuously improved code quality, maintainability and system performance.
- Promote the implementation of idempotence, retry, compensation and degradation mechanisms in core links to reduce failure rate and improve system stability.
- AI Native Practice
- Proficient in using modern AI coding tools for code writing, unit test generation, code refactoring and technical research to improve the delivery efficiency of individuals and teams.
- Strictly control the quality of AI-generated code and daily code, and guard against risks such as concurrency security, data consistency and boundary conditions.
- Participate in code reviews, draft standardized technical documentation, and share best engineering practices.
- Cross-team Collaboration and Delivery Implementation
- Work closely with product and business operation teams to accurately understand business requirements and deliver reliable technical implementation paths.
- Capable of breaking down complex business problems into clear R&D tasks, and advancing the delivery on schedule with high quality.
