Job Description
COFFEEMAN is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team!
Whether you are an experienced barista or someone looking to start a career in the coffee industry, we welcome you to join us. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea and other beverages, including espresso-based drinks and traditional Singapore Kopi & Teh.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, POS systems and other café equipment.
- Handle customer orders, cashiering and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment and workstations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and daily café operations.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
- No prior barista experience required – training will be provided.
- Passionate about coffee, beverages and customer service.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Friendly, responsible and a good team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to roster.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced baristas are welcome to apply.
