The role
We’re looking for a full-time bartender to run our bar, make great drinks, and give every guest a memorable experience.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks with our recipes and standards
- Recommend drinks to guests and explain the menu with confidence
- Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised throughout service
- Handle opening and closing duties, including bar setup
- Track stock levels and help with ordering and inventory counts
- Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service practices
- Contribute ideas for new drinks and seasonal specials
What we’re looking for
- At least 1–2 years of bartending experience in a café, bar or restaurant preferred
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
- Friendly, confident and comfortable chatting with guests
- Organised, reliable and calm during busy periods
- Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Creative and curious, with a genuine interest in developing new drinks and working with unfamiliar ingredients
What we offer
- Salary: $2800 – $3800 per month
