The Brand Event Crew supports the execution of roadshows, promotional events, brand activations and marketing campaigns.
Team members represent the brand on-site, engage with customers and provide information on products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, operations and breakdown
- Represent the brand professionally at roadshows and events
- Engage with customers and provide product or service information
- Support the team and follow event schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming event space
- Work towards individual and team targets where required
- Follow event, safety and brand guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Min Diploma or equivalent
- Able to speak well in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident and professional
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in busy environments
- Previous experience in events, sales, hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not required
Work Conditions
- Full-time position
- 5 to 5.5 day work week
- Work locations may vary depending on event and roadshow sites
