We’re looking for a few people to join our Sales & Marketing team at Virtus Group.
If you enjoy meeting new people, being out and about, and learning something new, we’d love to have a chat.
You don’t need sales experience to get started. We’re more interested in your attitude, personality and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent established brands through face-to-face sales
- Meet customers, have conversations and recommend suitable products
- Work towards personal and team sales goals
- Learn how to communicate confidently with different people

Just So We’re Clear
This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed basic salary.
You’ll be doing face-to-face field sales, including approaching residents directly.
It’s not your typical 9–5 office job, and it does take effort and consistency.
