Job Description
- Safely operate the company bus and transport employees/workers according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining high standards of passenger safety and service.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the bus is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
- Promptly report vehicle defects, accidents, breakdowns, traffic violations, and other incidents to the supervisor.
- Ensure passengers comply with company safety and transportation rules.
- Maintain good attendance, punctuality, and compliance with assigned working schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, inspections, and maintenance as required.
- Comply with Singapore traffic laws, Workplace Safety and Health requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain a valid driving licence and all required licences or authorisations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and operations personnel to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Possess a valid Singapore driving licence
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Good driving, vehicle-handling, and time-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and physically fit.
- Able to communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Able to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
