- Build strong relationships with agency leaders and agents, providing daily business support and coordinating with internal teams to resolve enquiries and concerns.
- Support agency growth through recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor agency sales and activity, prepare performance reports and work with leaders towards business targets.
- Communicate company updates and coordinate promotions, incentives, sales campaigns, site tours and agency events.
- Gather market feedback and assist with product development, pricing reviews and new launches.
- Handle customer enquiries, support company events and carry out other duties assigned by the reporting superior.
Qualifications
- Preferably a diploma holder in Marketing, Business Studies, Management or a related discipline. Applicants with other educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in agency support, relationship management, customer service, sales or insurance. Candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
Experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a strong drive to success in sales
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications
- Willing to travel
