BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsible for and oversees the end-to-end execution of business projects, operational initiatives, and client deliverables to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with commercial goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of business projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal business leaders, external clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Convert high-level business goals and product requirements into structured delivery roadmaps, project plans, and actionable sprint or milestone targets
- Track project milestones, identify delivery bottlenecks or resource constraints, and build proactive risk-mitigation strategies
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and metric tracking to update senior leadership on key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance and quality control standards
