At OANDA, our Sales and Relationship Management team in Singapore is on the front lines of growing our trader base. We are looking for an ambitious target-driven Business Development Relationship Manager whose #1 focus is sourcing and winning net-new client business.
This isn't an account management role where you look after an existing book of business - your main priority will be finding and bringing in new clients.
You will be out in the market - using your own network, industry contacts, and direct outreach to find high-net-worth (HNW) traders and active trading accounts. Your success here boils down to three clear numbers: new own sourced clients, AUM, and trading volume generated.
If you enjoy originating deals, building commercial relationships, and driving revenue in the CFD space, this role gives you the platform, product suite, and brand backing to do it. Your earning potential directly reflects the revenue you bring to the table.
We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
What You’ll Do?
- Hunting New Business: Proactively find, pitch, and onboard high-value retail traders and active trading accounts using your existing network and direct outreach.
- Building Partner Channels: Connect with Introducing Brokers (IBs), trading educators, and trading communities to create steady, recurring referral streams.
- Getting Accounts Funded & Trading: Walk high-value prospects through account setup, work with our internal teams to remove any onboarding friction, and make sure new accounts are capitalized and actively trading.
- Maximizing Client Value: Stay close to your key accounts to understand their trading needs, unlock larger deposit sizes, and drive ongoing trading activity.
- Navigating Internal Approvals: Take ownership of your deals end-to-end, working through internal review and approval processes to get accounts set up smoothly and in full compliance with MAS regulations.
- Knowing the Market: Keep up with FX and CFD market trends and competitor offers so you can have informed, credible conversations with experienced traders.

- Strong Commercial Instincts: You know how to qualify leads quickly, spot high-potential accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and ask for the business.
- High Standards & Integrity: You operate with total professional integrity and take compliance, regulatory rules, and internal risk policies seriously.
- Great Communication Skills: You’re sharp, articulate, and comfortable building rapport with everyone from individual retail traders to institutional partners.

- Held or previously passed relevant MAS CMFAS licensing modules
