Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Western Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or in a similar kitchen position.
- Good knowledge of international Western cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Experience preparing items such as pasta, grilled meats, seafood, burgers, salads, soups, sauces, and other Western dishes.
- Able to manage an assigned kitchen section independently.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, food safety, stock rotation, and kitchen sanitation.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
- Strong attention to food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and portion control.
- Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the duty roster.
- Food Safety Course certification is preferred.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore.
