Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Monitor workers' attendance, work progress and productivity.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site management.
- Ensure workers follow safety rules and site regulations.
- Report work progress and site issues to the Project Manager.
- Check the quality of work and ensure timely completion.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site experience.
- Able to supervise and manage construction workers.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site safety.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Willing to work on construction sites.
