Job Description
- Provide daily site updates and progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Inspect work sites regularly and address technical and safety issues.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress to meet project requirements.
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of construction work, workplace safety, and building regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Able to manage multiple site activities and maintain good work quality.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
