- 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Administration Officer who is organised, proactive and customer-oriented to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship & Support
- Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate service requests with Operations and follow up on resolutions.
Commercial & Contract Administration
- Prepare quotations, contracts and renewal documentation.
- Monitor contract renewals and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain accurate customer and contract records.
General Administration & Coordination
- Prepare and follow up on Permit to Work (PTW) applications.
- Coordinate with internal departments on customer requirements.
- Handle general administrative duties and documentation.
Your responsibilities will be assigned based on your experience, strengths and suitability.
Requirements
- GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations or administration preferred.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Organised, meticulous and able to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
Experience in a B2B service environment is an advantage.
