We are looking for a friendly, proactive and organised Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team. You will guide customers from their first enquiry through to move-in, provide attentive service throughout their stay, and help keep our facility welcoming and well organised.

Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Enquiries & Sales
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, email, online channels and walk-ins.
- Understand each customer’s storage requirements, budget and preferred move-in date, and recommend suitable units and services.
- Conduct on-site viewings, explain our facilities and rental options clearly, and help customers make informed decisions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries to secure bookings and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Customer Service & Account Management
- Handle reservations, rental agreements, renewals, payments, move-ins and move-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Build positive customer relationships, assist with ongoing enquiries and identify opportunities to support additional storage needs.
- Resolve service issues and complaints calmly and professionally, coordinating with the relevant team when further assistance is required.
Facility & Operational Support
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly and coordinate with the operations team and service providers on follow-up actions.
- Monitor and organise packing materials, merchandise and other operational supplies.
Administration & Teamwork
- Keep customer information, quotations, follow-up activities and transaction records accurate and up to date in our CRM and operational systems.
- Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
- At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a related role.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write professional WhatsApp messages and emails.
- A friendly, approachable manner and a willingness to understand and help customers.
- Confidence in recommending solutions, following up on enquiries and working towards sales targets.
- Good organisation and attention to detail when handling agreements, payments and customer records.
- Comfort using everyday digital tools, with a willingness to learn our CRM and storage management systems.
- The ability to work independently, support colleagues and remain calm when handling competing priorities.
