VENTROWORKS PTE. LTD. is a growing logistics and transportation company specialising in last-mile delivery and road freight operations in Singapore.
We are seeking responsible, hardworking and motivated individuals to join our expanding delivery operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily collection and delivery of parcels, goods and customer orders within assigned delivery zones.
- Ensure timely, safe and accurate completion of delivery assignments.
- Use mobile delivery applications for order management, route navigation and delivery updates.
- Handle goods professionally and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Comply with road traffic regulations, workplace safety standards and company procedures.
- Report delivery delays, incidents and operational issues promptly.
- Assist with additional logistics duties when required.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Working Days: 26 days per month, based on duty roster.
- Working Hours: 10–12-hour scheduled shifts, inclusive of applicable rest and meal breaks, subject to legal working-hour limits.
- Required to work on weekends, public holidays and during festive seasons according to operational requirements.
- Rest days will be scheduled according to operational needs and applicable employment regulations.
- Overtime may be required during peak delivery periods, with overtime compensation provided in accordance with the Employment Act.
Job Requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation applications is an advantage.
- Able to use smartphones and delivery applications.
- Physically capable of performing delivery duties.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and festive periods.
- Must meet applicable legal requirements for operating a power-assisted bicycle (PAB), where relevant.

- Monthly salary of S$2,500–S$3,000.
