About the role

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Industrious, you will support our APAC B2B digital marketing efforts across Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Australia. You will be hands-on across the modern-day digital marketing stack, gaining exposure to CRM lifecycle management, performance marketing, and website/owned channel management.

A successful Digital Marketing Intern will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how each part of the digital marketing stack works together to support our coworking products in the Real Estate/Hospitality industry.

The Digital Marketing Intern will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, APAC.

What you'll do

The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of CRM, performance marketing, and website management activities across four APAC markets. This role involves assisting with eDM production, campaign monitoring, landing page updates, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including agencies.

You’ll have access to Google Gemini and OpenAI ChatGPT to deeply assist you in your workflows.

Responsibilities

CRM Lifecycle Management

  • Support day-to-day CRM operations across HubSpot, Mailchimp
  • Assist in building and scheduling bi-monthly newsletters (2x/month), including copy support, list segmentation, and QA
  • Help maintain forms and automated lifecycle campaign flows
  • Support data hygiene and campaign performance tracking

Support Performance Marketing

  • Assist with day-to-day Google Ads campaign management (campaign setup support, monitoring, basic optimisations)
  • Help pull and organise performance reports/invoices across markets
  • Liaise with our paid social agency partner and creatives for requests, reporting, and follow-ups

Monitor Digital Owned Channels

  • Support landing page updates and basic content changes
  • Write clear, well-structured JIRA tickets for the dev team — feature requests, bug reports, and critical enhancements to our website
  • Coordinate with design/dev on timelines and follow through on ticket status
  • Manage and maintain Google Business Profiles across all four markets (updates, reviews monitoring, listings accuracy)

Who you are

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong written English for writing newsletter copy, campaign summaries, and JIRA tickets, so clarity matters
  • No prior experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Google Ads, or JIRA required; we'll train you
  • Available full-time for 3–6 months
  • Comfortable working across a regional, multi-market environment (SG, TH, HK, AU)

Qualities

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple small workstreams at once
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with slightly technical tools
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; confident coordinating with internal teams and external agency partners

Nice to have (not required)

  • Familiarity with any CRM or marketing automation tool
  • Familiarity with editing tools like Affinity, Canva, Figma, Capcut
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads or paid social concepts
  • Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools

What's in it for you

  • End-to-end exposure to regional digital marketing across CRM, performance, and owned channels
  • Direct mentorship from the Digital Marketing Manager covering 4 APAC markets
  • Real ownership of newsletters, GBP management, and ticket workflows
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools: HubSpot, Google Ads/LinkedIn Campaign Manager/Meta Business
  • Hybrid work, 2 days in office
