Support the Innovation team in digitalization initiatives across food service operations, including digital projects, system implementation, process improvement, and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Support digitalization projects and system upgrade initiatives.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pre-go-live, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
- Support the development and improvement of digital functions and workflows.
- Test and review UX/UI features across digital ordering systems and platforms.
- Monitor system utilization and performance and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Assist with project documentation, reporting, and operational readiness.
- Support troubleshooting, system fixes, and technical issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors where required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and data analysis tools.
