Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate all MEP subcontractor technical submissions, shop drawings, material submissions for compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and design intent
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and BIM team to resolve any technical issues, design discrepancies, RFIs, and interface conflicts
- Provide technical support and recommendations to project teams on M&E engineering matters
- Manage and monitor the submission status ensuring timely approvals and authority clearances, and support testing and commissioning processes as required
- Maintain proper records and registers of all submissions, approvals, and technical correspondences
- Monitor progress of M&E works and identify potential delays or constraints affecting project delivery
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure M&E activities are aligned with the overall construction schedule
- Ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, approved method statements, and applicable codes and standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
