Job Responsibilities

Handle mold and fixture designs, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality requirements.
Maintain mold debugging trackers and lessons-learned documents.
Liaise with customers and suppliers on Design for Manufacturability (DFM), mold concept reviews, and other relevant technical discussions.
Lead and participate in design review meetings for new molds.
Conduct peer reviews of mold designs and debugging drawings to ensure drawing quality and accuracy.
Communicate and track mold debugging progress with the toolroom team.
Mentor and develop junior engineers as necessary.

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher in Mold Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of mold design and tooling fabrication.
Understanding of measurement methods and measuring equipment.
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
