Job Summary
Provide on-site customer support and technical training while designing software visualizers and interpreting complex plasma telemetry to enhance automated cluster architectures in the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site customer support to resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct internal and external training sessions to enhance team and customer technical knowledge
- Translate real-time hardware telemetry into visualized plasma data for operational clarity
- Design software visualizers and status maps to monitor and optimize automated cluster architectures
- Apply expert technical knowledge to support semiconductor equipment and processes effectively
- Maintain frequent communication with headquarters to align technical support and development efforts
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in Japanese language to facilitate effective communication with headquarters and stakeholders
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering disciplines to support technical responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry to ensure deep domain expertise
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Competent product knowledge to support technical training and customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
