Job Summary
You will support daily operations in a fast-paced F&B environment by preparing drinks, recommending products, handling cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and tidy shop to ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate the cashier system accurately and provide product recommendations to customers to enhance their experience
- Prepare tea and toppings following established recipes to maintain product quality
- Concoct drinks consistently to meet customer expectations and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Adapt quickly to new trends and techniques to improve service and product offerings
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working in a food and beverage environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving trends and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills and customer service orientation
