The Opportunity

Own the institutional business of a fast-growing, tech-led wealth and brokerage platform. You’ll set the strategy, win the mandates, and shape the products that external asset managers and family offices build their businesses on.

What you’ll do

  • Own the growth agenda. Set the commercial direction and carry the numbers: new clients, assets under custody, trading volumes and revenue.
  • Win the relationships. Open doors with EAMs, multi-family offices, fund managers, asset managers and brokers, and build coverage models that scale.
  • Shape the offering. Turn client feedback into brokerage, custody, financing and investment propositions, working closely with Product, Engineering and Operations. Think multi-tier accounts, block trading and allocation, portfolio tools, reporting, APIs and white-label.
  • Launch structures. Onboard funds and strategic partners, including VCC sub-funds and Actively Managed Certificates, alongside administrators, custodians, issuing banks and technology providers.
  • Keep the engine tight. Partner with Dealing, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal on onboarding, execution, settlement and reconciliation, all within regulatory requirements, AML/CFT controls and cross-border rules.
  • Build the team and the brand. Hire and lead a high-calibre sales and relationship team, set clear targets, and be the face of the business at industry events.

What you bring

  • 10+ years across institutional sales, brokerage, EAM coverage, asset management, private banking, wealth management or B2B fintech
  • A proven record of winning institutional clients and growing revenue
  • Genuine relationships in the EAM, family office and fund management community
  • Strong grasp of brokerage, execution, custody and account structures, with fluency in APIs/FIX and fund structures
  • Commercial instinct, negotiation skill and an entrepreneurial streak
  • Degree in finance, business or a related field; CFA or CMFAS is a plus, as is experience launching VCCs or AMCs
