Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of Human Capital digitalisation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
- Assist in reviewing, documenting and automating HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, employee movements and transfers, employee data management, and offboarding.
- Coordinate project activities, including stakeholder engagement, timeline tracking, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation and post-implementation follow-up.
- Support HR data management and data quality activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards and presentation materials to support project tracking and stakeholder updates.
- Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives, and support other Human Capital transformation projects as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in HR Technology, Automation, Digital Transformation and Project Management.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, UiPath or other automation/data visualisation tools would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with data, systems and cross-functional stakeholders in a project-based environment.
