What You Will Do
HR Operations
- Support the administration and updating of leave, attendance and employee records
- Prepare HR letters and other administrative documents as required
- Maintain the confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of HR information
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Support pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment documentation
Employee Engagement
- Help plan and coordinate employee events, training sessions and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and deliver company events
- Coordinate gifts for staff occasions, including new births and get-well gestures
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support the team with other assignments as opportunities arise
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent professional qualifications; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of three months
- Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to prioritise tasks and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters and information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable adopting new technology
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage
