ICT Executives

Job Description

• Support the HOD/ICT in managing school-based ICT initiatives.
• Provide ICT technical support and assistance to staff and students.
• Assist with the research and procurement of ICT and AV resources.
• Manage user accounts across administrative portals, such as Apple School Manager, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Handle ICT helpdesk requests, including password resets, device loans, troubleshooting and software installation.
• Perform diagnostics, servicing and maintenance of ICT and AV equipment.
• Assist with ICT asset stocktaking, equipment loans, insurance and replacement.
• Record school events, lessons and competitions.
• Set up and provide AV support for school events, assemblies and meetings.
• Manage video production for school-based initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school management and ICT team.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mother Tongue languages.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in iPad PDLP Computing in a school environment.
• Good knowledge of ICT systems, software and hardware.
• Skilled in photography, videography, graphic design or animation.
• Able to troubleshoot ICT systems and equipment faults.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
