At Sanctuairy, the quality of our craftsmanship on-site defines our reputation. We are looking for a meticulous, dependable and hands-on Installation & Site Specialist who takes genuine pride in clean finishes, technical accuracy and spotless project completion.
You will handle site measurements, frame preparations and on-site installations of custom retractable mesh systems, sliding panels, and insect screens across HDB, condominiums, landed and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Precision Site Assessment & Measurement: Conduct detailed on-site surveys and capture accurate window/door structural dimensions prior to fabrication.
High-Standard Installation: Install custom mesh systems with clean alignments and solid fixings.
On-Site Customisation & Fitting: Execute accurate drilling, trimming, levelling and hardware adjustments to accommodate varied structural conditions and architectural tolerances.
Job Preparation & Quality Assurance: Verify daily job sheets, check custom frame dimensions and mesh components against order specifications and ensure all necessary power tools and consumable hardware are loaded before dispatch.
Clean Workmanship & Site Handover: Maintain a clean, respectful worksite (dust extraction/protection where applicable), run smooth operational checks with the client and explain basic product care.
Technical Problem Solving: Identify unusual site constraints or alignment challenges early and coordinate practical solutions with the sales/project coordination team.
