Key Responsibilities
- Focus on on-going business improvement projects specifically; - Creation and fine-tuning processes within the organisation; and - Participate in system enhancements discussion and its respective UAT; and - Championing the use of new business processes and systems.
- To work with Team Lead to liaise with external stakeholders for new onboarding of counter parties or to liaise with existing service providers to keep information up to date.
- To work with Client Advisors and Assistant Client Advisors to provide administrative support and maintaining the organisation of client data and records.
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimally a bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, business, and/or related fields.
- Prior internship experience in banks or immigration companies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
Internship Duration
- Ability to commit to at least a 3-months internship. 6-months is preferred.
