Chun Hong Food is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Administrator to support inventory control and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, processing inventory transactions, coordinating stock movements, and supporting purchasing and production activities through Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Manage daily inventory receiving, issuing, and stock movement transactions.
- Coordinate inventory activities between the warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely data entry in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Process and record damaged inventory transactions for incoming and outgoing stocks.
- Plan and conduct cycle counts and monthly stock-taking activities.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare, process, and send Purchase Orders (POs).
- Create and maintain Assembly Orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on production requirements.
- Record production output and ensure finished goods are accurately received into inventory.
- Maintain proper inventory documentation and filing records.
- Perform other inventory and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-Level/O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in inventory control, warehouse administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders, and to handle bilingual documentation.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days/week (Rest Day on Saturday)
