Main responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food preparation
- Support the chefs during service
- Cook and prepare menu items when required
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
- Assist with receiving, storing and rotating stock
- Perform other kitchen duties as required
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food-preparation experience is preferred
- Basic cooking skills and willingness to work as a cook when needed
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
- Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Location: Caffè Beviamo, Singapore
- Position: Full-time
