Job Summary
Manage end-to-end shipment planning and tracking to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries for luxury clients. Coordinate with vendors and warehouses while resolving logistics challenges to maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and track shipments from origin to final delivery to ensure on-time arrival
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, transporters, and warehouses to streamline logistics processes
- Ensure timely deliveries by proactively managing schedules and mitigating delays
- Handle all shipment documentation including invoices and permits accurately to comply with regulations
- Resolve last-minute logistics issues promptly to avoid disruptions
- Communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and problem resolution
- Use Excel and basic logistics tools to manage data and track shipment progress
- Maintain composure and teamwork under pressure to support operational success
- Contact point for last-mile deliveries
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or related certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred but not mandatory
- Additional certifications related to logistics are a plus
- Required to be the Custom Declarant
