Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and optimize delivery routes for a fleet lorries
- Coordinate daily delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
- Monitor route and improve efficiency to reduce costs and delays
- Work closely with drivers and internal teams to support daily logistics activities
- Respond promptly to operational issues and implement corrective actions when needed
- Maintain accurate delivery records, preparing and updating logistics reports, managing job scheduling documentation and ensuring proper filing of transport and compliance-related documents
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on documentation, billing coordination, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics planning
- preferably in the construction industry
