Salary Range $10K - $12K
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple M&E projects from tendering to completion.
- Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers and site teams.
- Manage project budgets, costing, contracts and financial performance.
- Ensure project schedules, quality standards and safety requirements are met.
- Oversee mechanical and electrical installations, including ACMV and related systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
- Review project progress, resolve technical issues and manage project risks.
- Drive business development and secure new project opportunities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in M&E project management.
- Team management experience.
- Track record managing large-scale M&E projects.
