- Manage and oversee daily company and project operations.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Supervise staff and ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor project costs, manpower, materials and resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and relevant regulations.
- Review project documents, quotations, contracts and progress reports.
- Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Support business development and maintain good client relationships.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Construction, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience.
- Experience in managing staff, projects and daily operations.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the construction/engineering industry will be an advantage.
- Willing to work at project sites when required.
