Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve technical inquiries from ships/vessels on Nordic systems.
- Maintain customers relationship with Company.
- Review customer technical specifications and provide support to Application team for bidding of Jobs.
- Monitor and follow up all quotes submitted.
- Open new sales account.
- Manage existing Sales agents.
- Find new suitable sales agents.
- Plan & drive sales team to meet sales target.
- Issue & monitor owners' benefits.
- Always on the look out for sales opportunities.
- Present Companys' goods and services to potential customers.
- Have experience in international shipping.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Degree, Post Graduates Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Marine/ Oil & Gas industries and shipyards will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible , meticulous and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
