About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised intern to support our Operations Team with day-to-day administrative tasks and data entry. This role is suitable for students who are keen to gain practical experience in operations, inventory management and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and update operational records in Excel and internal systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory, stock movement and sales records.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and spreadsheets.
- Verify data and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and other ad hoc operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous, organised and able to work with numerical data.
- Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
