Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary Job Duties:
- Work in PCB process engineering. Focus areas on Drilling operations such as Mech Drill, Laser,
Plasma, etc.
- Regular update of processes documents such as WI, CP, FMEA, SPC, and Checklist.
- Conduct training to operation about procedures, process controls, quality improvements, safety requirements.
- Review, analyze & improve the process yield. Optimize process variations & capability gaps on regular basis.
- Continuously work on process & relevant materials’ optimization in order to meet the target quality, capability and efficiency requirement.
- Collaborate with cross functional team & propose solutions on quality issues raised internally or externally.
- Support NPI to establish and optimize newly required process capability.
- Support other task relevant to the team (Lean-Six Sigma initiative, NPI review etc.)
- Secondary Job Duties:

- Decision Making Authority [ if any ]:
- Authority to make decision in case of action plan required for deviation in implementing operation control [*] and infrastructure required in work area.
[*] operational control including disposal of hazardous contaminated waste emergency preparedness, identify possible aspect and impact in the process activities.
Job Specification
- Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
- Degree or Diploma in Chemical Process, Chemistry or relevant field
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Good in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and Google PowerPoint, Excel
- Good in communication skill and report writing
- Good listening skill and willingness to learn
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing process
