You'll get our team to project sites and client meetings, and you'll be a trusted point of contact for clients, contractors and suppliers. What you will do
Driving and logistics
- Drive company personnel to project sites, client offices and other business locations.
- Deliver and collect project documents, and assist with site visits.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Project liaison
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and other parties on project-related matters.
- Help build and maintain good working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, arrange meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Report client feedback, site concerns and potential issues to the Project Manager.
Coordination and admin
- Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the project team.
What we are looking for
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
- Valid Singapore driving license with a good driving record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to deal confidently with clients, contractors and site personnel.
- Responsible and reliable, and willing to travel between project sites.
- Experience in construction, project coordination, customer service or liaison work is an advantage, but not required.
