Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and set up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Attends all sites and project meetings and updates on work progress.
- Ensures all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, client's representatives and relevant authorities.
- Prepare and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and emails.
- Manages all site staff and subcontractors’ schedule, work progress and provide solutions to issues at site.
- Ensures quality control measures via on site / off site inspection
- Checks that approved / correct materials are used within specifications / certifications submitted, recorded and approved
- Participate in Risk Assessment and Workplace Safety and Health matters.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Building, Architecture or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in design and build construction industry.
- An eye to capture critical details and items in understanding drawing convention.
- Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Good team player.
