WarehouseSG is a Singapore retailer of e-bikes (PAB), personal mobility aids (PMA), bicycles, and parts & accessories, with stores in Woodlands and Yishun. We are looking for a hands-on Retail Sales Assistant to run our Yishun outlet day to day and grow in-store sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Yishun store, including opening and closing
- Keep the store clean, organised and well-merchandised; arrange product displays and price tags
- Handle inventory: receive and check stock, label products, do stock counts and update the system, and report low stock
- Greet and serve walk-in customers; explain product features, recommend suitable models and close sales
- Promote and sell our EZRENT Lease-to-Own plan: explain how it works, help customers prepare and submit applications, and complete the signing process with approved customers
- Process payments and transactions at the POS
- Answer customer enquiries in-store and by phone/WhatsApp, and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with the Woodlands store and management on stock transfers, after-sales and service matters
- Support other store tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred; fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
- Friendly, confident and sales-driven, enjoys talking to customers
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently at the store
- Basic computer skills; experience with POS or inventory systems is a plus
- Interest in e-bikes, bicycles or mobility devices is an advantage (product training provided)
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as some of our customers are Mandarin-speaking
Working Hours
- 5.5 days per week
- Mon to Fri 12pm to 9pm, Sat 12pm to 6pm
- Sundays and Public Holidays off
