Sales Associate (Retail)
Job Description
- Maintaining the tidiness of the counter and ensuring the store is well stocked with products/ marketing materials and product displays.
- Demonstrate the unique selling features to potential customers
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on our products that lead to a sale
- Building strong rapport with in-store co-workers and managers.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the team's success.
- Ad-hoc admin duties and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Manager.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sporty and cheerful personality.
- Basic Excel skills for daily sales reporting.
- Min O level
- Able to commit 6 day work week according to the duty roster
- Willing to travel to various outlets/events within Singapore when needed
- Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
