Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with client and reply for inquiry
- Prepare quotation to the client
- Prepare invoice billing to the client
- Business Analysis, including but not limited to prepare monthly sales & cost & profit summary and update operational efficiency of business unit
- Prepare documents including progress report and service report
- Assist to summarize company’s clients and relevant parties
- To record all incoming invoices & cost into the system
- To prepare job cost report and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and finance, to meet project deadlines
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Level in any field.
- Singapore Citizen
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
