Your responsibilities
- Find new customers through cold calls, door-to-door visits, site visits and networking.
- Build contacts with building owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors and M&E decision-makers.
- Arrange meetings, understand customer needs and present suitable products and services.
- Work with our technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up consistently, negotiate and close sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and keep clear records of contacts, opportunities and follow-up actions.
What we are looking for
- Proactive and resourceful, with the discipline to generate your own leads.
- Confident speaking with new customers and decision-makers.
- Persistent, comfortable with rejection and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Good communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Sales experience in ACMV, air-conditioning, electrical, lighting or building services is preferred.
- Technical knowledge or qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering are an advantage.
